Mark Stingfellow
Mark joined our team in May of 2011 as an administrative assistant. He's responsible for all insurance uploads and has done an outstanding job at keeping our franchise on an A average on our job scores. Mark is very organized and detail oriented. Certifications: WRT certified (IIRC).
Melissa Walp
Melissa, joined our team in March of 2015 as an administrative assistant. She has an outgoing personality and is wonderful with our customers. She also helps out with the crews when needed. She's an all around team player.
Wayne Willard
Wayne joined our team in August of 2015 as a sales rep. He came in as a natural, he's been the lead sales person since joining the team. He enjoys working with our community and seeing the finished product of sold jobs. Kim Payne
Kim Payne joined our team in Feb of 2017 as the Marketing Support Coordinator. She has high energy and outgoing with a dedication to sales and customer service. With her outstanding marketing and social media skills she will be a wonderful addition to our SERVPRO team. Shirley Kujan
Shirley has been with SERVPRO for 4 years and started April 22nd. She has outstanding sales experience being a real estate agent outside of SERVPRO. She is very attentive to her work and makes sure to get the jobs and get them done nice and quick to where its "like it never even happened." She is a wonderful Marketing Manager and definitely knows how to make a sale.
Chelsea Gauldin
Chelsea joined our team in October 2013. She is our Office Manager and takes pride in providing our customers with excellent customer service. She is IICRC Certified and has years of experience handling Insurance claims.
